My Vietnam Tour
The previous posts are web sites that show pictures of where I was stationed in Vietnam. The picture from a hotel rooftop was taken from where I lived. The airstrip known as LZ Betty was where I would meet Air america flights pick up mail from the APO, newspapers. Nearby was a small M.A.S.H unit where I saw a U.SO. show. I was on the sand bag roof as the show was interupted by a delivery of wounded ARVN soilders.
The city streets were often off limits. Strange because we lived smack dab in the middle of the city.
More on this in later posts.

Watch your step as you enjoy Dom's Porch
This is a great opportunity for us to create a great neighborhood!
Lets make it a continuous family reunion.
For example, I found some pictures of Phan Thiet and LZ Betty where I spent time in Vietnam. When returning from Vietnam many of my photos were lost because I packed them with my stereo system which was lost or stolen in route home. Common problem for returning Vets.
Well some guy trying to tell his story put pictures on the web of the place.
It shows the city I used to live in LZ Betty where I met Air America Flights almost daily and views from the roof of the old French Hotel we lived in. Unfortunately, the men are not my buddies their someone elses unit.
